One of our favorite seasonal sausages, the colcannon is our take on the classic Irish mashed potatoes dish. Pork, cream, kale, bacon, potatoes - it's absolutely delicious.

1 = 1 package of corned beef. Corned beef will come portioned in roughly 2lb pieces; select how many pieces you'd like below. Local, pasture-raised beef briskets brined in house. Slow cook in beer and pickling spices til it's fork tender. If you'd like us to err on the heavier or lighter side, let us know in the "Notes" section at checkout.
