Free of hormones and antibiotics, these cows are completely pasture raised in NY, NJ, and PA. A whole, trimmed brisket is generally around 10-12lbs; if you select a size larger than that, it will come in two pieces. Please specify in the "Notes" section at the bottom of this form whether you'd like the fattier (second cut/point) or leaner (first cut/flat) end of the brisket. If, for example, you need 14 lbs of second cut brisket, please select "14" from the options below and tell us in the "Notes" section that you'd like two, roughly similar size points.
