***The quantity you select is the number of bones you'd like: 1 = 1 bone, 2 = 2 bones, etc. *** The Beef Rib Roast (also known as standing rib roast or prime rib) is a bone-in ribeye roast that offers the perfect marriage of fat and flavor, aged 14-29 days for a classic, beefy flavor. Rib roasts are measured by the number of bones you'd like; each bone weighs ~2lbs and generally feeds 2, maybe 3, people. If, for example, you were looking to feed a group of 8, we'd suggest either a 3 or 4 bone rib roast (depending on appetites and everyone's desire for leftovers). All roasts come trimmed and tied, but you can request yours hinged, frenched, or left untied by noting your preference at checkout. Please be advised: because animals aren't a consistent weight, there can be a bit of size variability with rib roasts.
